House Plans

For extensions or sale reasons, we are able to provided existing plans and elevations. These can be simply a shell plan or can include all furniture and fixing as built. We are also able to provide proposed plans (see planning application / building regulations).

Lease Plans

We are able to produce lease plans for your property in either an AutoCAD or PDF format showing the gross internal area of the space available for rent. This may be for a rent review or new tenant. The plans can be given to interior design companies to provide space planning for refurbishments. In some circumstances, an O.S. map is required along with the drawings and we are able to provide this.
